Your Acne Scars Need You! Try and Stay Calm

No one ever wants to admit that there high; stressed-filled-life-styles are the reason they’re breaking out. Trying to convince individuals that they must change their life to help them prevent acne scars or other skin conditions isn’t something everyone wants to listen too.

However, after extensive research scientists discovered emotional stress if magnified can produce breakouts that will eventually led to acne scars - all this from small studies and anecdotal reports.

Plus, a new study conducted only some months ago, confirm that stress is a huge reason why your acne scar isn’t diminishing, even when using an acne treatment.

Here’s more information that validate my Stress and Acne point!

A group of researchers at Wake Forest conducted an investigation that involved 34 high school students with small, medium to large acne scars anywhere on there body.

This study was conducted in an area where the whether barely changes, Singapore. The reason why this is, is because sebum levels, oily substance that protects the skin and protects the hair, can wax and wane with variations of whether.

The standard measure of stress was used in periods of high emotional strain, like before a big game or before major exams, 23 percent of the students were more likely to experience breakouts. Sebum production didn’t change due to whether they were going through high or low stress, testifying the levels of the material had almost no role, whatsoever. Rather, the results led more to inflammation.

From a personal and researched opinion, stress is in fact one of the elements which could worsen our facial lesions of not treated in time and with the right remedies

Try to stay calm, your acne scars need you!
